The 630189-117 zero phase shift beam delivery mirror is 2.25 in. diameter with a 10 mm edge thickness, and is Cincinnati OEM compatible. These copper mirrors reflect the laser beam by an angle of 90º. corresponding to an angle of incidence of 45º. Reflectance of these mirrors is as high as possible in order to minimize losses of laser power. In addition, phase shift between the s- and p-polarized components of the reflected beam is as low as possible in order to avoid disturbingthe polarization of the laser beam.
