90° Phase Shift Beam Delivery Mirror, Silicon, 2.0 in. Diameter, 9.52 mm Edge
The 630066-117 90° phase shift beam delivery mirror is 2.0 in. diameter with a 9.52 mm edge thickness. These silicon mirrors have a special coating which produces a phase shift of 90º between the s-and p-polarized components of the reflected beam. If the incoming beam has both components with same intensity and phase (corresponding to random polarization), the reflected beam has phase shift of 90º between both components (corresponding to circular polarization). The function of the 90º Phase Shift High Reflection mirrors in a high power CO2 laser system is similar to the standard 90º Phase Shift mirrors but has higher reflection resulting in less power loss and increased life expectancy.
