The 630064-117 CO2 laser cavity total reflector mirror is 1.5 inch in diameter with a 4.0 mm edge thickness, and is Trumpf OEM compatible. This plano silicon mirror features our MMR coating with 99.8% reflection at 10.6 μm. Total reflectors are quite similar to turning mirrors. However, durability of the coating is more critical because the total reflectors are exposed to the gas discharge and the high laser power density inside the cavity. Therefore, the coating must have best-possible environmental resistance and low absorption in order to minimize thermal distortion.
