The 62576 absorbing thin-film reflector mirror (ATFR) is 2.362 mm diameter with a 15 mm edge thickness and is Mitsubishi^® OEM Compatible. ATFR mirrors can be inserted in the beam line to prevent reflected beams returning to the laser cavity. These copper mirrors high reflectance for s-polarized radiation and low reflectance for p polarized radiation.
